ImageOne of my favorite dishes to eat with rice, super easy to make and fool proof. 

 

Ingredients:

1 Cabbage, finely chopped

3/4 tsp turmeric

salt

1 tbsp oil 

2 – 3 cups milk (regular, coconut or unflavored soy)

In a saucepan heat oil and when hot, add the chopped cabbage, turmeric and salt and cook on high heat until the cabbage is fully cooked. Add the milk, stir and add salt to taste. Bring to a boil and then reduce heat to low and simmer for 5 minutes. Serve with rice.
